By accessing and using the "Pullback Radar" platform (the "Service"), you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
The Service provides:
- Automatic monitoring of financial instruments using public data (Yahoo Finance)
- Score calculation based on technical indicators (RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, etc.)
- Email notifications when potential buying opportunities are detected by the algorithmic system
- Charts and historical statistics for informational purposes
3. Financial disclaimer
The Service is not:
- A regulated financial advisory service
- An asset management service
- A recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument
- A guarantee of return or performance
The data displayed comes from public sources (Yahoo Finance) and may contain errors, delays, or inaccuracies. The Service operator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data.
Investing involves risk, including the possible total loss of the capital invested. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Before investing, carefully assess your own risk profile and, if necessary, consult a licensed financial advisor.
4. Access and registration
- The Service requires authentication via Google OAuth to access the full functionality
- You are responsible for the security of your Google account and any activity carried out through it
- The operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse
- Use of third-party accounts without authorization is prohibited
5. Permitted use
You may:
- Use the Service to monitor financial instruments of your own interest
- Receive email notifications about monitored instruments
- Consult technical analysis and charts for personal, informational purposes
You may not:
- Attempt to compromise the security of the system or of other users
- Perform mass scraping or excessive automated requests
- Redistribute data obtained through the Service for commercial purposes
- Use the Service for illegal activities or in violation of applicable law
6. Service availability
The Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of continuous availability. The operator reserves the right to interrupt, modify, or update the Service at any time, with or without notice. Automatic analysis runs on business days during European market hours (09:04–17:40 CET); outside these hours the system does not send notifications.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service operator is not liable for:
- Financial losses arising from the use of information provided by the Service
- Errors, delays, or inaccuracies in market data provided by Yahoo Finance
- Service interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure
- Investment decisions made by the user based on the Service's analysis
8. Changes to the terms
The operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the date updated. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court of the consumer's place of residence has jurisdiction pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
